Creativity is our Main Topic

Crescendo Summer Institute will take place from July 25 to August 8, 2016 in Tokaj, Hungary for the 13th time.  The Summer Institute where about 70 artist professors from all over the world will teach, offers a wide range of high quality master courses for young and talented musicians. The well-known professors come both from Hungary, such as Andrea Meláth (HUN) mezzosoprano, Tünde Szabóki soprano (HUN), János, Pálúr (HUN), organ, Dr. Zsolt Kalló (HUN), violin, Gergely Kaposi (HUN), choral conductor, Gábor Varga (HUN), clarinet, Dr. István Dominkó (HUN), piano. Others are invited to teach from all over the world, among others Ning Kam (SIN), violin, David Danel (CZE), violin, Ellen Rose (USA), viola, Judith Ermert (GER), cello, Marie-Elisabeth Hecker (GER), cello, David Daly (GBR), double-bass, Martin Helmchen (GER), piano and Delta David Gier (USA), conductor.

It has become a tradition that jazz and Barouqe courses are held. This year, however,  there will also be a Renaissance workshop. Solo studies include voice, strings, woodwinds, brass, piano, organ, choral conducting, piano accompaniment.

The main topic of Crescendo Summer Institute and Festival 2016 is creativity. Our world has been made unique since the Creation through creativity, therefore the trust in the ability to create nourishes the hope in the future. The aim of next CSI is reformation and renovation, which is fed by the devoted futu artist generations. Apart from the master classes, evening small group meetings, morning Tune Ins and the Creative Church Service will take place, where the main message and theme to be discussed together is "The work of the Creator and Creative Artists in the Bible".
